Marah´s current research project investigates Palestinian women’s entrepreneurs as a way of resistance. Women’s resistance acts consist of both tangible survival strategies and numerous ideological coping strategies. This research trace women’s economic practices of creating their own business,to support themselves ,their families, and community with the aim to highlight the complex of jointly indigenous interplay between women’s economic engagement and the various social and political power structures. It is dispute that Palestinian women, although building their own independency while living under Israeli occupation-imposed physical restriction as acts of resistance against the occupation, are moreover actually capturing an opportunity to surreptitiously challenge and comfort internal patriarchal forms of control
